Beautiful house with pool on the outskirts of Cruzy, a beautiful medieval village surrounded by vineyards. From the house to the village you can see the medieval village church and in the other direction the foothills of the Haut-Languedoc nature reserve.
Three different terraces offer the right choice at any time of the day. Peace and privacy are guaranteed here, the closest neighbors are far away. The location enables hikes on foot, short distances to the Canal du Midi, short trips to the sea or the mountains. The sunny Languedoc offers beautiful weather on many days. Fishing, hiking, kayaking, cycling, swimming and much more is easily possible here.

THE BEACH
Beach Mateille, Plage de la Vieille Nouvelle and Vias Plage. Beautiful, spacious, clean and fine sandy beaches on the Golf du Lion. Even in the high season you can always find a place a little off the beaten track. With normal wind and wave conditions it is long and flat out into the sea, therefore also good for small children and non-swimmers.
